Mediahuis Consolidates Trading within Irish Operations
In 2019 Independent News and Media (INM) became part of the European publishing group, Mediahuis, headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium. Since then, INM has undergone significant transformation and is increasingly integrated within the wider Mediahuis Group.
Building on this initial integration project, Mediahuis Ireland is now undertaking an internal re-organisation to consolidate its Irish operations within its main Irish trading entity, Mediahuis Ireland Limited.
From the 1 July 2023, the following Mediahuis Irish companies will merge by operation of law with Mediahuis Ireland Limited (company number 153066):
- Mediahuis Ireland Marketing Limited (Company number 17971)
- Mediahuis Ireland Regionals Limited (4329)
- Mediahuis Ireland Digital Limited (247783)
- Mediahuis Sunday Newspapers Limited (40265)
These mergers will take place in accordance with the Companies Act and all of the assets and liabilities of the four entities will transfer to Mediahuis Ireland Limited from 1 July 2023.
How might this impact you?
If you provide services to the above four entities, from 1 July 2023 Mediahuis Ireland Limited will be your client. From 1 July 2023, any invoices ordinarily addressed to those entities should be issued to Mediahuis Ireland Limited instead using the details below.
Similarly, if the above four entities provide services to you, from 1 July 2023 those services will be provided by Mediahuis Ireland Limited. Any invoices payable from 1 July 2023 should be made payable to Mediahuis Ireland Limited instead.
We would ask you to please note these changes for all correspondence and invoicing from 1 July 2023.
The internal merger does not otherwise impact our working relationship. Change to Mediahuis Ireland Limited’s Bank Account Details
